"My wife and I planned our retirement home for 30 years on the property we own in Kilauea. We selected I. Kirkpatrick Construction to do the building from the ground up because they had very good references and bid a fair price. We lived in our small cottage next to the construction site and could watch every step of the work. Isaac walked us through every step of the process and was on site every day. We became good friends though this 10 month process and we remain friends to this day, years later. During the construction he recommended changes to the design like roof vent as well as attic plywood alterations to reduce the ceiling heat, which he did at no extra charge. We came to trust his suggestions as great enhancements to the home we plan on living in for many years. If you are planning on any type of building, we highly recommend Isaac Kirkpatrick. He does remarkable work and uses some of the best subcontractors in the business. He will also be there after the construction is complete to help with any issues."

"I. Kirkpatrick Construction built my new home in 2017. The process was as comfortable as building a home could possibly be. I found Isaac Kirkpatrick to be conscientious, responsible, and competent. One example is adding windows on either side of the sliding glass door that leads to the lanai.
