Design
We approach each home looking for ways to develop cost effective solutions to help minimize construction costs without sacrificing quality workmanship and quality building materials while still maintaining the design elements that are unique and personal to homeowners and architects.
Consultation
We spend time on-site with
you at every stage of the project from pre-construction through construction to post-construction to help you manage risks, control costs, and look for creative way to enhance your home.
Budgeting
We develop a detailed easy to read cost spreadsheet based on the needs of our clients at the beginning of the project and update it throughout the project. Including estimates, cash flow, and progress payments.
Scheduling
We develop a project master schedule based on our customers needs and update it continually and communicate schedule changes with accurate up to date information, and it also keeps the project running smoothly and on time.
General Contracting
We perform turn-key services for new home construction. We have a select team of skilled masons, carpenters, tradesmen, and subcontractors who we have worked with for many years and share our level of high quality workmanship. All aspects and phases of construction are under the direct supervision of Isaac to ensure a successful completion.
Contract Administration
We use AIA documents including contracts, general conditions, payment applications, and lien releases. We are experienced with most financing and insurance requirements. We administer project according to generally accepted construction industry principles.
Permitting
We facilitate the submittals to the County of Kauai for building permits and also help obtain approvals from the county, state, and community associations.
